Minimum 4 people / Maximum 8 people per session. This training allows for one - on - one focus with a small group mentality. These sessions are catered to the individual group and the common goal/s of those involved. Clients are able to create a group or join an already existing group. Ladies only / weight loss / couples / new mommy are a few examples for the small group training...or feel free to grab a few friends for a fun, inspired workout!
A group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout!

1-2 people max. Each training program is customized to the client/s based on their goals, fitness level and any injuries or disabilities accordingly. Weekly weigh-ins, measurements, body fat analysis included.
Meal plans and nutritional guidance is also available.
