Parking - We have limited parking at Hybrid Elite Fitness. Parking is available IN FRONT of the Hybrid Elite Fitness facility (double park!!!) as well as the gravel on our right. Please be courteous of our neighbors and respect their No Parking signs. *After 5pm and on weekends, we have permission to park in front of Lake Management Services as long as they are not working.
Water - Please plan to bring your own water.
Attire – Please wear comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes! Also, bring a towel…you will get sweaty!
Young Children – Children are welcome as long as they remain in our designated lobby. We have a TV and a few books, however we do not have childcare. Feel free to bring small toys and electronics. Please plan to have someone available to supervise your child/children if they are not able to do so themselves. ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN UNDER 13 ALLOWED IN THE GYM AREA.
Class Schedule – We have multiple morning, afternoon and evening classes available. The schedule is subject to change based on attendance. If you have a favorite class (or classes) be sure to attend regularly and share us with your friends.
Family ATA Members - If you signed up on a special rate you are entitled to take all of the boot camp classes. If you want to take the specialty classes, please speak to one of our teammates to find out if your rate is eligible for those classes. Our specialty classes include-Endurance, Core/Agility, Weight Training . It will also include any classes we add in the future.
Referral Program - If you refer 5 people to our program that sign up to a monthly membership, you get a free month of unlimited classes! If you refer 10 people that sign up to a monthly membership, you get 6 months! As always – the first class is free!
